Routine police services are vital. They are the first line of defense between predators and the law abiding public and their worth cannot be overstated. But as any veteran of the “Public Safety” effort can attest, career criminals learn from the routine effort. These “Career Criminals” are responsible for an inordinate share of serious crime. It is incumbent upon all entities within police jurisdictions to work tirelessly and cooperatively in their effort to stay ahead of the criminal’s learning curve. The Special Projects sessions presented by CTCS are measures proven to accomplish that goal.

MISSION: It is the mission of this seminar to provide a comprehensive study of diverse Special Projects, proven to improve “Quality of Life” issues. WHO SHOULD ATTEND: Managers, supervisors and line personnel assigned to Special Project and Crime Prevention Details, Vice and other Undercover Units, Gang Specialists, School Administrators and Security Personnel, Supervising Crime Analysts and Crime Analysts, City Managers and Elected City/County/State/Federal Officials.
