C.T.C.S. provides certified and proven experience with intervention programs designed to guide at-risk students and their families away from destructive behavior and toward productive lives. These programs are effective interventions in lieu of student suspension and for court, probation, or children’s services referrals.
Teen Guide to “Choosing Life, Choosing Success”
This class is a Teen Life Skills class. The five week class gives teens an opportunity to examine the choices they make and how these choices will affect the rest of their lives. The class teaches teens the importance of positive communication with family and peers as well as an awareness of their sense of self-worth, how to set personal goals. It provides teens with skills necessary to resolve problems peacefully and accept responsibility for their actions.

Parent Project is the largest court-mandated diversion program in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties. This curriculum teaches concrete prevention, identification and intervention strategies for the most destructive of adolescent behaviors (poor school attendance, alcohol and drug use, gang, runaways and violent teens.) It teaches parents skills to improve communication with their teenagers. It also teaches parents how to encourage their teen to make good choices and behave appropriately by using positive reinforcement and logical consequences for unwanted behavior.

Love and Logic provides practical and simple techniques to help teachers and parents have more fun and less stress while raising responsible kids. Love and Logic offers many simple techniques that parents and teachers can use and see behavioral changes immediately. This course helps parents and teachers identify their parenting/teaching style, share control through lots of small choices, set limits with enforceable statements and neutralize arguing.

Crunch Time Consultant Services (C.T.C.S) will provide training and support to your districts’ Data Technician effort. C.T.C.S. brings certified, proven experience over a wide variety of responsibilities, especially in the field of state mandated testing. C.T.C.S. possesses advanced proficiency in SASI, including SAdvanced Queries District Integration, CAHSEE, STAR and CELDT. C.T.C.S. can train your personnel with text files, importing and exporting data and uploading data to ETS for pre-id answer documents. Your staff will become familiar with the various reports required by the State of California; i.e., the ASAM, the R-30 and the SNOR.
