CTCS (Crunch Time Consultant Services) was founded in 2003 by Lt. Ron Shreves of the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. Lt. Shreves retired as a Detective Bureau Commander after thirty-three years service. He currently teaches Administration of Justice courses at Antelope Valley Community College were he has been an instructor since 1989. He speaks for law enforcement conferences and consults law enforcement agencies around the country on a wide variety of topics.

It is the mission of CTCS to provide distinctive, specialized training to law enforcement professionals and other public safety officials. Our training is designed to enhance the efforts of police jurisdictions whose goal it is to reduce their Part I Crime Rate across the board. CTCS engages the services of proven public safety professionals as presenters to achieve that mission (please refer to the “Meet the Instructors” tab on our Home Page). Each instructor possesses an exemplary record in his/her field of expertise.

C.T.C.S. schedules independant seminars, participates by invitation at law enforcement related seminars and conferences, and is available for private consultations to public safety entities on a variety of special projects.
